Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. After finally dropping off my car for repairs, I received nothing but generic text messages with constant delays and zero phone calls. Completion dates changed multiple times without explanation, and I’m now paying $50 a day out of pocket for a rental because of their lack of communication and care. It’s not just frustrating — it’s costing me real money. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Planet Ford Collision Center at all cost. More

I brought my Ranger in for an oil change service, with a request to have the transmission looked at and the passenger side sunvisor to be replaced. The sun visor will randomly fall out of the bracket for no request to have the transmission looked at and the passenger side sunvisor to be replaced. The sun visor will randomly fall out of the bracket for no apparent reason. 1) I had to call back numerous times to check on my vehicle. No service person would return a call. 2) The sun visor was ordered (supposedly). I have never heard back on the status and it has been over 6 weeks. 3) The transmission appointment was scheduled for 90 days from my original request. So I drive a potentially failing transmission for 3 more months before someone is available to look at it. 4) I have called back and the service person who I originally worked with is always out, at lunch, or unavailable. VERY POOR customer service! More

Both the service department and the collision department are trustworthy and efficient. I brought my car in for collision repair and was treated so kindly by Brie, Francisco and Gary. They did an excell are trustworthy and efficient. I brought my car in for collision repair and was treated so kindly by Brie, Francisco and Gary. They did an excellent job on repairing the dent in my car and went the extra mile by giving me a ride home after drop off, cleaning my car inside and out, buffing out other scratches and giving me a little paint sample to cover some of the deeper scratches. They went above and beyond for me. I appreciate the great employees you have staffed at this location. More
