I never had a car buying experience as pleasant and satisfactory as I had with Francisco, who was courteous, patient, extremely knowledgeable and respectful of my time. The transaction was easy. I did satisfactory as I had with Francisco, who was courteous, patient, extremely knowledgeable and respectful of my time. The transaction was easy. I did have to wait a bit longer because it was a Labor Day sale and they only had one finance person, Jamal, who was also very kind, efficient and attention to details. I recommend Francisco and Russell Smith Honda to anyone. More
