they don't stand behind what they sales they are all nice in the begaining there service department is not worth a crap especially with there service manager Danny I've had nothing but problems since nice in the begaining there service department is not worth a crap especially with there service manager Danny I've had nothing but problems since I purchased this car and they wont help I took it in for oil change and they had it up in the air and a few days later I got a call from BMW Dallas saying there was a recall to come in so I did the recall like 2 days later and while there they sent me a picture of my rear tires in bad shape auto web never mention this issue to me and also did not have whip fluid or coolant add it to it the car gave a message that it was needed , I told them my car was make a noise like it was revving up by it self while sitting at the light and they said that's the way it suppose to do it di dnt do that the first year I had it, so now I had to find another service dept. because they keep putting me off so was I supposed to wait for it to mess up Thanks auto web I also called in a complaint to the manager David about Danny the service manger being rude and yelling at me all I got was oh I will never refer any one to them SO BEWARE SERVICE DEPT NOT GOOD AT ALL THEY NEVER HAVE A LOANER BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS NEEDING SERVICE SO THERE OUT More
