It took two days to get a determination of the problem, and I had to call to get it. The communication to me was not what I normally get from Palm. It was like they were over worked, and to Bessy to call and I had to call to get it. The communication to me was not what I normally get from Palm. It was like they were over worked, and to Bessy to call me with updates .I had to call to get info. When I drop off and piked up the car they were vary nice. Just lack of communication. I will return Palm is a very good at what they do. It was just a bad week More

Very friendly staff. My Corvette came back from the body shop looking good as new. They took care of some recalls and tsb's while there. Poor communication in general (service dept. ) Miscommunication from start to finish. Called me on my cel phone, could not find fob, will call you back. Called back and had "on star' on phone ) Miscommunication from start to finish. Called me on my cel phone, could not find fob, will call you back. Called back and had "on star' on phone to unlock vehicle as they had locked the fob in the car. (didn't think that was even possible) 6 hrs for oil change and 7500 mile check. Agent acted like she would rather be anywhere else doing anything else, very poor attitude. More
