Unfortunately, my opinion of customer service, such as
the wait time for the car to be fixed, has changed a lot. I'm only giving one star, and that's only because the lady hasn't treated me poorly. But...

I've left my car for over four days, and you haven't even looked at it to see what's wrong with it. You haven't been courteous in responding to my questions about the car's status. Knowing that the car would be left for over two days, you haven't been as attentive to your customers and haven't been able to provide me with a service car so I can resolve my work situation, since having a car is a pressing need for getting around. I am extremely upset with this lack of respect toward me as your customer. I went to your dealership to buy a car, which, by the way, I pay for on time. I work hard to cover my expenses, and you don't seem to care one bit. The least you could do, since you're keeping the car for almost a week, is provide another service car to the customer in the meantime. That way, your customers (me) would be grateful and leave a good review of you. Is it fair to pay a monthly fee when you own the car?
It's worth thinking about:
Is Chevrolet selling bad cars that, even when new, keep breaking down at the engine level???
Or do they have too few employees to fix so many "broken" Chevrolet cars, why are they breaking down so much?
Or is there really poor management? Whether in the workshop, customer service, or at the dealership. Where is the person who can resolve this?
Please take care of your customers. Seriously, I'm very upset.

years back. It has served me well, and I do love it. Palm has taken good care servicing it since. They are very helpful advising me as a widow woman
