I worked at another Toyota Dealership out of state for 22 years, so I understand the process. Francesca was fantastic. She understood what I was trying to accomplish and worked it out with the manager (the d years, so I understand the process. Francesca was fantastic. Regardless of what people think. There’s not a ton of markup in new vehicles. Either way, Francesca made the process easy by keeping negotiations light and enjoyable.
