At Pembroke Lexus I was never even offered a glass of water for 3 ho always had very pleasant experiences. JM Lexus and Palm Bch dealers are awesome. At Pembroke Lexus I was never even offered a glass of water for 3 hour visit. Left alone in a back room cube most of the time. Zero explanation of new car features or operation. I asked to have my phone connected at least I got that help. For $60K I was not expecting to get only one key with vehicle. Finance officer was very polite and professional. In summary not a bad experience but in my opinion NOT a Lexus experience like other dealers provide More

About 4 weeks ago I started checking around for the new RX350h. I went in to the local dealership and called every dealer from Sarasota, Tampa down to Miami. No one could get this car in the ext color and interior I wanted. I stumbled on to PEMBROKE Pines Lexus and I will admit the salesman I spoke with on the phone said he needed to call me back. That never happened. A few days later I called him and he explained Francesca would call me . Later She called and from that call on and 16 text and 21 emails she found the car that everyone else said doesn’t exist yet SHE found it. We are picking it up next week. The sales manager was very helpful in working out a fair price when no one else would negotiate the price. In my opinion if you want a new Lexus save your time and deal with Francesca. R.S More
