I had a positive experience with Longo Toyota. Of note are two service advisors that helped me. One is Frances Medina. I arrived just when the Service Department was closing however Frances took the time to kindly check me in. The other is Mandi Davis. She is a Service Manager and helped me secure an accurate diagnosis and a resolution for the issue. I also appreciate the elevated experience at Longo Toyota. More

I purchased my vehicle about 14 months ago from this dealership and have been coming here for the free Toyota Care services that come along with the new car purchase. Today, I was here for my 15k servic dealership and have been coming here for the free Toyota Care services that come along with the new car purchase. Today, I was here for my 15k service. I had an issue on my last visit where my vehicle had someone else's name in the database so when my service was done that day, they contacted the wrong number. Unbeknownst to me, I waited longer than I should have to get back my car. Frances helped correct the issue and I had a very pleasant interaction with her. She even showed me some service package deals for future reference for when my free ToyotaCare runs out without putting any pressure on me to purchase. After checking in my car and waiting in a waiting area, I was notified that my vehicle was done with service. Total time was exactly 34 minutes. I was amazed at how quickly they serviced my vehicle. This was the fastest time that my vehicle was done with service ever! I usually have to wait about 1 and a half to 3 hours for service. As I was up at the reception area to check out my vehicle and wait for the Toyota tech to bring my car, Frances gave me a call and wanted to follow up on some things. She ran over from her service area to the front reception area to follow up with me and I was on my way after. Frances has top tier customer service. I'll be coming back and scheduling service in the future with her next time. Thank you. More
