They did not honor TrueCar price I drove two hrs from Naples to get to their store. Before I drive to their store I call to ask 3x if the car was there for the price they asked. When I get there two hrs later the car wasn't there and it had been sold a day earlier. They try to sell me different car for more money. They use bait and switch. Do not try to go there. Their client service is very bad. By the way their dealer fee is $1700. The highest in the state. Stay away from this store or you'll be paying top $ for your next new car. More

There was no h My experience with the TNM team was amazing. I'd been to another dealership before going to TNM, and the difference was night and day. There was no high pressure sales manager, no inept sales person. We worked with Michael Diaz throughout the process, and he was friendly, courteous, and seemed really interested in getting us the car we wanted - not just selling what was on hand. Harry and Fouad were great at explaining the financing options, and the paperwork process with Mark was quick and efficient. We will definitely be going back when we're ready to trade-in or buy another vehicle, and we'll definitely recommend TNM to anyone looking for a Toyota or Scion. More
