The waiting area was clean and well stocked. The technicians were friendly and helpful. The work was preformed quickly and I was back out on the road in no time. I scheduled a service online and was quoted a huge price difference when I arrived at my appointment, which turned me off and forced me to get an oil change and tire rotation only. I bought my car from this difference when I arrived at my appointment, which turned me off and forced me to get an oil change and tire rotation only. I bought my car from this location back in 2016 so I’ve been customer for almost 10 years. I don’t think it’s good customer service to not know what service has already been performed when all of your maintenance has been done at this establishment. I paid for a tire rotation but I’m convinced that was not done. Just a rip off and not good customer service at all! More

Everyone I spoke and worked with was very pleasant and helpful last Thursday. Our car was purchased from this dealership in July 2023. Therefore I have dealt with servicing my vehicle several times. This group of staff in the service department that worked with me on Thursday was a big improvement compared to the group I dealt with previously before last week's visit. Everyone was courteous, friendly and prompt. I used to dread having to go to this dealership because the interactions with the staff had not been pleasant. But now It seems to be better organized and the people working there care about giving the best service possible. More

My repairs were not dealt with promptly, I was not informed of progress on parts or repairs, and I was not charged for a part that wasn't replaced anyway. Email to the service manager has not received a response either. When I asked for trade in value, the value offered was way below the lowest it should have been. I had dealt with the previous owners for about 20 years, and since Southern bought them, this has been my worst experience. More
