It’s sad that a dealership would take advantage of a person. Nissan has had a problem with their transmission for years. They have a class action lawsuit. They pick up my grandsons car to repair it (tra person. Nissan has had a problem with their transmission for years. They have a class action lawsuit. They pick up my grandsons car to repair it (transmission) problem. Called and told him 4.300.00 to repair. Family decided to get another car. A family friend has had their transmission replace twice. We go to Clay Cooley where the car is. To see what can be done, they offer him a new car. Family thought that would be better. Paper work signed asked him to come back the next day. New car picked out down payment decided everything looked good. Grandson was happy!!!! Next when he went to pick up the car. With no family person with him. He goes to pick up the car.The sales person walk past him didn’t say anything. He waited from 11am to 4 pm. No car. The salesman’s around that time told Him the company will lose 3.000 on the deal. So the deal was off. He was very upset. How would you feel? First if paperwork is sign then you were wrong. Thank GOD that I was not there. My grandson is crushed our family is in shock. He father is military deployed overseas. Clay Cooley salesperson lied and took advantage of a young person and the salesperson talk down to him. I was not there nor any older adult of our family. Please never let this happen again to anyone. Some people are in the wrong work field. What about his Nissan? Nissan has a transmission problem. Wouldn’t you try to help a customer with a problem that’s you know is a manufacturer problem? Sad “ Clay Cooley Nissan.” Not a happy customer!!!!! More

This dealership is amazing. Great customer service and speed. I did not want to be at the dealership all day and they made it happen. I was out in no time! One of the worst experiences in purchasing anything, ever. First, they put the VIN # incorrect and did the entire process for the wrong car. We found that out after I got a ticket for no insurance when ever. First, they put the VIN # incorrect and did the entire process for the wrong car. We found that out after I got a ticket for no insurance when I had it, but on the wrong VIN #. Secondly, 3 of 4 tires blew within 2 weeks. They never provided the tire key, jack or lugwrench. Now the forth tire blew, and the tire key and lugwrench they finally provided after I had to purchase 3 new tires from them, well they are the wrong size. Now, I call them and they say nothing they can do, I'll have to buy a new lugwrench and tire key. One of the worst group of people I've ever dealt with. The level of apathy borders on theft almost. More
