Brendan was very helpful and made the process super fast and simple. All of the salesmen we’re very friendly and answered any question I had. Unfortunately I’m having trouble with the car so I’ll be brin and simple. All of the salesmen we’re very friendly and answered any question I had. I’m so sorry to say that the way to manage customer’s communication is very poor Not only by sales but also by management who never reply to emails I took more then a month to close a deal to buy a car communication is very poor Not only by sales but also by management who never reply to emails I took more then a month to close a deal to buy a car, which in my opinion is too much, and after they got the money never reply to my further requests of infos I got the car which looks ok however this is not the way to manage clients, at least for me! If you believe customer care is an added value this is not the place for you More
