My wife, daughter, and I had an excellent experience working with Wilsonville Subaru, especially Guest Advocate Florencio "Flo" Pineda. This was truly a no-bull experience compared to many other deale working with Wilsonville Subaru, especially Guest Advocate Florencio "Flo" Pineda. This was truly a no-bull experience compared to many other dealerships. Flo's frank communication, advice, and respect were excellent. We also enjoyed the strong selection of Subaru vehicles at this dealership. Best car buying experience we've ever had. We showed up wanting to test drive a 2022 Forester back in February but there were none available. So on the advice of the salesman we ordered one and sat back to wait for it to arrive. In May it did, and we came in, gave it a test drive, and decided to buy it. There were zero high pressure sales tactics, and we felt everything was done with respect. Highly recommend this place. More

First ever visit on March 22 in search of a 2002 Forester. There were no 2002 Foresters in stock. There was only a used Forester available which was on a test drive with a previous customer. Having never owned a Forester, we don't buy anything without a test drive. Flo offered Outbacks after we told him of our disinterest in them. He said his current allocation list was already full with customer orders. I inquired about a fleet, loaner or a manager's Forester for a possible test drive but he could not arrange it without an appointment. Being still interested in purchasing a new Forester, we left our contact info with Flo - name, email, and cell #. We watched him input this info into his cell phone. We asked him to email any dealer or Subaru links to us. To top it off, I requested his business card but he replied that Subaru has not printed them due to Covid-19! To conclude, we have not heard from anyone since March 22 by phone, text or email. Just wondering if Flo is still employed there and why? More
