Fletcher Dixon

First of all I'm a huge Toyota fan, and normally I feel treated with utmost respect when I visit Jerry's Toyota (Joppa Rd) but my last visit was not so pleasant. I took my 2022 Highlander which I purchased treated with utmost respect when I visit Jerry's Toyota (Joppa Rd) but my last visit was not so pleasant. I took my 2022 Highlander which I purchased at this location in earlier this month for maintenance. As I went to pick it up I was interested in a 2019 used Lexus and I inquired about it and in a nutshell I purchased it. Being a used car of course I looked it over but I didn't notice the crack in the windshield until about 3 days later. I left several messages to my salesman and they never returned my call. Once I finally reached them they suggested there was nothing they could do since they were not sure when it occurred. I took it to Safelite and they discovered that the windshield had been previously sealed meaning the crack was in the vehicle before I purchased it. So when I returned to Jerry's to explain this to the manager I spoke with (Dmitry) was rude and sarcastic and did not want to help in any way, due to the amount I paid for the vehicle I really felt like I should have been compensated in some manner. This incident left a sour taste in my mouth when this should have been a happy occasion purchasing a car. More
