It was definitely NOT the typical high pressure intimidating car buying experience. The atmosphere inside the showroom has a lot of positive energy. My salesperson Flavio was excellent from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle that I purchased and very thorough explaining the details and functions. William the Finance manager also very professional. He did an very good job explaining the details of the lease. And what I appreciated most about him was that I was not pushed into purchasing after/sale services that were not necessary. He gave a in-depth explanation of only the ones that would make sense for me. Lastly, very rarely do you work with the owner of the dealership on a sale, Mr. Sullivan is a gentleman and really knows create a great sales experience and how to build long term relationships for future sales.
