Disappointing Gave the service place 2 stars, just because they are all very friendly and kind. That's the only reason. Went there on Saturday morning cause i thoug Gave the service place 2 stars, just because they are all very friendly and kind. That's the only reason. Went there on Saturday morning cause i thought i had a flat tire, and - didn't get my spare key for the car i bought 4 months ago. I was there for almost 3 hours (!), just to find out that i do have a flat tire, but i need to go and look for a shop to fix it, cause they are not dealing with it (didn't know that before). And - for the spare key, after they took me to Fito, he kindly told me to wait in the lounge room, and he will take care of it. After an hour, i went and asked him how long do i need to wait more. Than, to my surprise, he told me that he did nothing yet, cause he is still waiting for my papers from the dealer. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I was sitting there for an hour for nothing! You are still waiting for the papers? It is exactly 10 steps from his office. I could go and bring it if i just knew that he is still waiting for them. How more could i been sitting there hoping he is preparing my key, while he was really did nothing? After i was so upset to hear he did nothing for the last hour, he made a phone call, and they started to make my spare key and remote, but than i needed to wait for another hour. I was so disappointed , so frustrated. I had so much stuff to do in Saturday morning, but i was stuck there for 3 hours, for nothing. They could told me they are not dealing with flat tire the minute i arrived, and - prepare my spare key and remote 4 months ago. That was a huge huge different experience from the one i had when i bought the car at the dealer. More
