We loved Southside Kia until about t months ago. Service department went into the crapper. Managment reaches out when you,leave bad reviews but does not follow throng. It’s a shame because sales sta Service department went into the crapper. Managment reaches out when you,leave bad reviews but does not follow throng. It’s a shame because sales staff is wonderful but service is awful in the last few months and we always service at the dealer. So now I can’t wait to trade in the Tlluride which I love for a brand that has a service department that actually cares. More

This has been the absolute best car deal I’ve ever encountered in a very long time. Firas, was PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, EXTREMELY PLEASANT, and EXTREMELY HELPFUL in explaining everything to me from sta encountered in a very long time. I’m someone who asks questions (a lot of them), but he listened to every one going over in detail each answer. Granted, I started the deal process on 6/16/23, after a few phone calls/text messages between Firas and Mike (general sales manager) we had come to an agreement. On 6/1723, I arrived (had to wait a few minutes), but Firas greeted me, and got the key to my soon to be new car, and said “go check it out”. While he was finishing up with the guest he was helping, he and I went on the test drive. After getting back, all I had to do was sign the paperwork and seal the deal. I met Mike in the meantime, just as everything I mentioned about Firas, Mike was the same. Overall, I don’t regret ANYTHING, I made an excellent decision, Mike, Firas, and whoever else was involved in the decision making process, I want to thank you so very much. I was already a customer through service with the car I traded in, but now for certain I’m going to be a customer for life!!!!! This was a really good vehicle as well, but I needed something bigger and the trade in rate was irresistible Firas is now very much like a good friend as I bought the K5 from him in February 2022. He is very knowledgeable and knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted and he helped get exactly what I asked for with no pressure to settle for anything less or more. Firas also provided a great deal of advice after the sale. Kristen Trainer in the finance department was also extremely pleasant and really knows her job, making the whole process smooth and efficient. I also have to mention that bringing the car in for service was, by far, the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Every single person I dealt with in Service were extremely pleasant and treated me like royalty, even when I came for my first oil change, which was FREE!
