I had a fantastic experience with a super consultative rep, Finn Misa. The questions Finn asked me, and the information he shared showed me that he truly cares about finding the best fit for me (and all of his clients). He is also extremely knowledgeable about leasing, which was important to me, because I had not leased a vehicle before. I also met with the pre-owned sales manager, Steve Fraley, who was also very professional, kind and caring. I test drove several vehicles as I needed to narrow down which Mercedes fits the best for me. Their inventory was excellent! At this point, I would not even need to visit another Mercedes Benz. I felt cared for and respected and know that this is a team of people who truly wants to help me, with no pressure. Very positive experience, beautiful and immaculate dealerships (both pre-owned certified and new), and great consultative sales rep in Finn Misa. I will definitely be back in to see Finn Misa again. Great experience ! More

Excellent Customer Service I walked into this dealership off the street without an appointment and Finn Misa was there to help me. he did an excellent job of showing me all of t I walked into this dealership off the street without an appointment and Finn Misa was there to help me. he did an excellent job of showing me all of the features of the new MB model i was interested in and even took me to their used car lot to look at a service loaner they had for sale. I plan on following up with Finn when i can bring my wife in to look at the model we are considering. We had an unresolved issue about the kind of fuel required for the car i am considering.The day after i visited the dealership Finn emailed me to follow up on clarifying the issue about the gasoline which i appreciated. We havent decided about purchasing a car yet, but if we do i have no doubt Finn and this dealership will continue to provide exceptional service. More

I buy new cars every two years when I tell you this dealer ship treats you like royalty they really do. They don’t keep you there all day to purchase a car. Finn is really hands on he have call me a few time to check on me and my new car I really feel appreciated, I feel like it didn’t just sell a car we build a friendship.. I would definitely recommend everyone to go see Finn if you are interested in buy a new are used Mercedes. More
