I didn't have time to go into the dealer so I was put in contact with Danny I contacted Subaru of Jacksonville after my buddy highly recommended them. I didn't have time to go into the dealer so I was put in contact with Danny in sales. Danny was super easy to deal with and told me what they had in stock or could transport to them ASAP. They brought in a sweet silver Outback 3.6 from Orlando for me that very day. However, my wife decided that we should look into an Ascent for the additional space. Danny had no issues with that and shortly after showing up I was out the door. Negotiations were quick and easy. Fastest financing I've ever had. More

Juan listened, provided information, and never pressured me into buying a Subaru. He was informative, answered all my questions and did not grow inpatient despite my multiple trips to the dealership. Once we decided to buy a Forester, Juan spent a great deal of time making sure my husband and I understood how to operate all the bells and whistles on my Forester. This was not the experience I had with two other competing dealerships. Both of which, tried to get me to purchase a vehicle despite me repeatedly telling then I was not buying that day. Frankly, I was insulted by their high pressure tactics and decided neither would get my business! I highly recommend Juan and the finance staff. They were amazing to work with! Awesome. They worked to find the interest rate I expected and didn't make me feel like we had to "haggle" to get the financing right. I purchased a Toyota SUV and it was in mint condition. They had it priced exactly right. I've purchased numerous new and used cars and this was by far my best experience EVER. I did not have to spend 5 hours at the dealership to get the vehicle.
