Everyone is legitimately genuine and willing to help as best they can. It’s like a breath of fresh air. I’m so used to other dealerships where they are pushy and can make you feel uncomfortable the whole t best they can. It’s like a breath of fresh air. I moved to Orlando from the west coast 6 months ago. I’ve have my car serviced twice since moving here and Fidel has been my guy both times. He is awesome! Friendly, super helpful, and honest. He offers options and lets you know what you can do, but doesn’t use high pressure to get you to spend more, he is very consultative in his approach. I did choose the spend about double what I had planned on, but it was my choice. No pressure. Great job Fidel. You rock! More
