Last August I purchased my vehicle and was told 3 times I had the maintenance to cover A & B type services. When I called to schedule service, I was told that was not true. Now after emailing and leaving s had the maintenance to cover A & B type services. When I called to schedule service, I was told that was not true. Now after emailing and leaving several messages, I finally had to go in the dealership to get a response. It’s been 4 days and I am still waiting for management to call as I was told they would. I am trying to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and hold off on my rating, but I am very concern about this dealership being trustworthy and reliable when serving customers. However, they do have a superstar at the dealership that was and has always been extremely helpful. Since I have to rate someone to submit this review, I will rate only him at this time and save the others until later. I am happy to say that I was able to come to a reolution with management. Jacob was very responsive to understaning the issue and seeing it through my lens. The solution helped me gain trust in this dealership. More

Mercedes Benz of Raleigh is always a wonderful experience. From the time you walk in, you are met with a warm greeting and always assisted by someone promptly. Mr. George Brown was my amazing salesman who I have known since I was a little kid. He has helped my family with numerous car sales, and now I can say he has helped me with my first one at 25 years old, which made this that much more special. He provided top tier customer service from beginning to end. I had very specific wants for this vehicle purchase, and Mr. George generously spent time looking for exactly what I wanted. He prioritized communication above all else and always made sure to promptly keep me up to date on his findings. After months of searching, we were able to find the one that I absolutely fell in love with. As this is my first time purchasing a car, Mr. George truly did an exceptional job at explaining the entire process and taking the time to answer any and all questions that I had. The process of a purchasing with him was absolutely seamless. It truly was an amazing experience and I am so glad that I was able to work with him. BUT…truly for US….it’s because of the relationship and trust we’ve built with George Brown III. He is, first, a consummate professional who is exemplary at what he does! When you “experience” a car purchase with George, you know immediately, that you’ll be back….and more importantly, you will also send others to see George as well! In times where technology is replacing a lot of the need to build close business relationships….I’m extremely grateful that George still knows the value of a smile and a firm handshake or hug!
