He encouraged me while test driving to try on all the features and explained everything clearly. He was very kind and funny, made the whole process very enjoyable. They had an event going on the same day and offered me snacks and desserts too. I’m a first time buyer so I was a little nervous but they were very respectful of my budget and the sales manager Abraham gave me different options to work it out.
