Royal land rover, should be loyal land rover, everyone from Bobby to the whole sales team and beyond are wonderful, caring people. i am proud to be a customer dealing with this great dealership, I would r from Bobby to the whole sales team and beyond are wonderful, caring people. i am proud to be a customer dealing with this great dealership, I would recommend anyone looking for a car new or used to go there and check out there vehicles and team, and drive away with a big smile on your face. Royal has the worst service departments in Tucson. Stay clear. The pictures show how they returned my car after having it for 5 weeks. Said everything was fixed. But the whole incident gets worse. Dropped my car off for an appt on 2/20 and when I made the appt was told 3 days. Drop it off and they say they are backed up for 3-4 weeks but had to leave car or loose place in line. Returned car on 3/21 and they broke the bevel to the entertainment system and within 5 miles the whole thing fell out of the dash. Bring it back part will take 2-3 weeks to come in. Got my car back yesterday and open the hood today and see what is shown in the picture. They took the covers off the engine and never put them back on so had to bring it back and leave it with them. So I have not had my car since 2/20. In addition I have written proof that their service advisor Travis lies, he belittles people and just want to get rid of you and not provide any type of customer service. To top it all off spoke with Quinten who is the director of all the service departments and he assured me he was going to look into the issues and make sure when I get my car back everything is complete. Obviously another lie or he just does not care. And this is the person in charge of all the Royal service departments. This is the 3rd time I have had similar issues with a Royal service department so stay far away from any of the Royal brands. More
