We are totally disappointed with our recent Prius purchase at Toyota of Lancaster, due to lack of after-sale service. A minor but concerning paint flaw—a pinhead-sized spot missing paint on a body pa purchase at Toyota of Lancaster, due to lack of after-sale service. A minor but concerning paint flaw—a pinhead-sized spot missing paint on a body panel, exposing the undercoat was documented by the dealer and was to be remedied. I accepted the car after being promised a vial of touch-up paint to seal the hole and prevent any moisture-induced paint damage down the road, especially given the freezing climate in our area. Initially, we were told by a manager that the paint wasn’t available. Later, another manager confirmed it was in stock but insisted we pick it up—despite the dealership being 190 miles away. I asked them to please mail it, and after much back-and-forth, they agreed. It's now 3 weeks after our purchase and a round of point-less phone calls, texts, and promises, yet the paint has not arrived. Apparently, when I last checked it hadn't been mailed. When we called again, they said they "don't mail parts." For the cost of an envelope and a couple stamps, they could have kept us as loyal customers. Instead, we feel compelled to share this experience in our review. Sale follow-up is important to us. We're loyal customers when and where we're treated right. We will be buying a 4-Runner by year's end. Penny-wise and pound foolish, Lancaster Toyota lost our business. If you want quality after-sale service after you've signed contacts and parted with your money, based on our experience you won't find that at Toyota of Lancaster. More

Anthony Doyle was our salesperson. 1 661 755-1669. What a great experience we had. He was fun and friendly. We had the best time we ever had buying a car. He took the time to walk us through everything that the car had to offer. I definitely recommend asking for him. Ian, the finance guy was also very nice and explained the different options to us. And Mr. Joe B. was also excellent. I was impressed that Joe B. came over to greet us and just like Anthony and Ian he anticipated what we wanted before we even asked for it. Thanks to Fernando Leon as well as he was great following up with us . He was pleasant and very professional. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone who would like to buy or lease a car. What a great team! The dealership was excellent providing an area set up like a home with a couch and tv, a play room with murals for the kids, and a "kitchen" "Ray's Mom's Cafe..We had sandwiches there that were handmade and delicious. Fernando was not only nice and professional, but he was very informative and talked us through everything, and answered all of my silly little questions. He made sure to take his time to go through everyth very informative and talked us through everything, and answered all of my silly little questions. He made sure to take his time to go through everything about the car and set up all of the media and apps before we headed home. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience buying a car before and I definitely recommend him. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience! My boyfriend will be looking for a truck in a few months, and we will definitely be going back to work with Fernando again. More
