Unfortunately, due to a server transmission problem with my 2017 Toyota Highlander I needed to return to Jaffarian Toyota. Fortunately, I returned to Jaffarian Toyota in Haverhill, MA and had the pleasuer my 2017 Toyota Highlander I needed to return to Jaffarian Toyota. Fortunately, I returned to Jaffarian Toyota in Haverhill, MA and had the pleasuer of encountering Chris Barros (Sales Department), Fernando (Sales Department) and Eric J. Haley (Finance Department). Each of these gentlemen displayed a genuine interest in providing customer service, as well as a sound competence in their professional field. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful but when dealing with competent individuals such as the aforementioned Jaffarian employees I had a few less concerns to worry about. Chris, Fernando and Eric were all very approachable, displayed patience when answering questions and made it a point to be readily available during the sale and afterwards. The success of your Dealership can be summed up with the phrase, "the whole is greater than the sum of its parts". Please save yourself time, money and dignity and DO NOT go there. The managers are extremely rude, they lack customer service skills and etiquette. He didn't answer any of my questions, he implied that I w go there. The managers are extremely rude, they lack customer service skills and etiquette. He didn't answer any of my questions, he implied that I was a liar. I paid my downpayment and made an appointment which was confirmed but when I came to finish up the paper work, after sitting down and waiting for 45 mnts, I was told the car was already sold. No apologies, no communication, nothing from these people. Even their former employees give them bad reviews. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY!!! More

From the moment you walk in, everyone is so kind and attentive. Fernando Columna was the gentleman I worked with. He was awesome. I was nervous because my original plan was to keep my car, but Fernando attentive. Fernando Columna was the gentleman I worked with. He was awesome. I was nervous because my original plan was to keep my car, but Fernando walked me through my options and made me feel at ease with the decision I made. I am in love with my 2024 Toyota Corolla. He made sure that I had no unanswered questions before we parted ways. And it made me feel good knowing if I ever have any question or concern, no matter how small, that I can always reach out to him. His customer service was great and I recommend him for anyone who is interested in buying/leasing a car from Jaffarain Toyota in Haverhill, Ma. More

I had an excellent experience at Jaffarian Haverhill and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Fernando, my salesperson, was a pleasure to work with. He possesses a great person would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Fernando, my salesperson, was a pleasure to work with. He possesses a great personality, extensive knowledge of the vehicles, and, importantly, doesn't pressure you into a purchase. I bought a 2024 Grand Highlander through Fernando just before the store closed on 5/16, and I was driving away with my new car by 2:00 PM the following day – very impressive. What's even better is Fernando's commitment to customer care didn't end with the sale; he assured me that his support would continue, offering assistance with any questions or concerns even after the purchase was finalized. Jaffarian has done an exceptional job in selecting such a professional, friendly, and customer-oriented employee. I'll certainly be referring them every time I know someone in the market.
