Ali was my sales consultant and he was great from start to finish my husband and I are very pleased with our purchase. I told him the type of Subaru I wanted and not once did he tell me he couldn't get it to finish my husband and I are very pleased with our purchase. I told him the type of Subaru I wanted and not once did he tell me he couldn't get it, are tried to get me to buy a different Subaru like some other dealerships did. I thank God for people like Ali who is patient, kind and works hard for the customer. My husband and I could tell he enjoys his job and that makes all the difference in the world. I will forever be grateful to him for helping me to get the car I desired. If you are looking for a Subaru I strongly recommend this dealership. If you want continual harassment, this is the place to go. I visited TrueCar to just find out the price of a new vehicle, my information was sent to Stohlman. I made the mistake of telling one of their go. I visited TrueCar to just find out the price of a new vehicle, my information was sent to Stohlman. I made the mistake of telling one of their salesman (Ali) exactly what we were looking for, and that I wasn't looking to buy for several months, but if they happened to get that exact vehicle on the lot to let me know, along with their best price. Over the next week I received no less that 3 calls and 5 emails a day, none of these emails noted that they had what I was looking for. They maxed out at 8 emails and 5 calls on one day alone. After that, I contacted the managers to put a stop to the harassment, yet two weeks later I still get daily calls and emails. I WILL NEVER CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH STOHLMAN SUBARU. More

I came in to lease a new car, and the process was about as simple as it could be. Travis, though new at the dealership, was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Best Subaru service We have now a 2018 3.6R Outback with 2 years and 30,000 miles [thanks to the China virus, it has saved us over 3,000 miles, over $500 in tolls and ove We have now a 2018 3.6R Outback with 2 years and 30,000 miles [thanks to the China virus, it has saved us over 3,000 miles, over $500 in tolls and over $ 300 in gas... this is the only good thing about the virus, otherwise it stinks being quarantined] and our service advisor, Nick at Stohlman Sterling Subaru, has always been extremely nice, ditto for Tom Wimmer (service manager). The waiting area is very nice, they have coffee, tea, water. There are many Subarus in the showroom which you can see and desire your next one. Our first Outback was a 2015 2.5i Premium 6 speed. We had to sell it when my wife was sent to Buenos Aires. What a great car. This one is even better, since it has all the electronic help you need not to crash. And my mileage is just the same as the 2.5. Less rpm's and less gas... much more torque. The service has always been the best one can wish for. I have never returned with something not done and never had any claim. Plus the service specials... I always make good use of them. If you want a good car, get an Outback from Sterling Subaru. Best price and best service! FYI: I am just a fan, not a paid blabber. To Caesar what belongs to Caesar, to an excellent service, what belongs to Stohlman. More

A great job with great service I have been having my Subaru Forester serviced at Stohlman Subaru of Sterling since I bought it at that dealership two years ago. I have never regret I have been having my Subaru Forester serviced at Stohlman Subaru of Sterling since I bought it at that dealership two years ago. I have never regretted continuing with my relationship with Stohlman. The servicing itself, and the ongoing engagment with staff on both routine and special needs, has been outstanding. I wait for my work on my car to be completed, but I am always offered options like loaner or drop-off at a nearby shopping area, or use of a bike to exercise on the adjacent W&OD Bike Trail. That's terrific. You won't go wrong with your car or care at Stohlman Subaru of Sterling. More
