They worked a deal over phone & email great, but didn't honor it when I drove 2.5 hours to sign. Don't trust any deal you think you are getting, they will not honor it when you go in. Felix was the best 10/10. The NDS and low jack package was forced to accept for $1300. Paint protectant which is part of the NDS supposedly applied at manufacturer and they The NDS and low jack package was forced to accept for $1300. Paint protectant which is part of the NDS supposedly applied at manufacturer and they said reapplied at dealership when delivered. Truck still had inspection markings on truck when unloaded. Truck was never sealed or received any form of paint protectant at dealership. Drove truck home and rained next day. Water repels on freshly treated, sealed, waxed paint. The rain did not repel or puddle on hood or roof. It was clear the truck had no special paint treatment recently. Will be applying my own polymer/ceramic treatment but frustrated the 1300 charge of protectant wouldn’t even make my paint puddle or repel rain water much less UV. Overall good experience but will call xx on the paint protectant and don’t need low jack. More
