I set up an appointment for the yearly tune-up and to

I called several times to confirm that the parts were there and the two people I spoke to said, "Don't worry, when you bring the car in, we will install the lighting. Well, I brought the truck in and parts had not arrived. I don't understand why was it so hard to give me a concrete answer: yes the part is here or no the part is not here.
So now, I have to make another appointment to get the lighting installed. And on a side note, when I got into my truck they had left the dirty security lug nut on the passenger seat. The mechanic didn't bother to put it back in it's case. I was also a bit surprised and disappointed that a courtesy car wash was not provided. Maybe when I go back next month, I will write a better review.
