Don't trust anything they say over the phone. The online people are only there to get you to come in. They will tell you whatever you want to hear. So once in the showroom, the "professional", The online people are only there to get you to come in. They will tell you whatever you want to hear. So once in the showroom, the "professional", slick, tawdry sales staff takes over. We had done our research online, we knew exactly what we wanted. They had it in stock - all we were needing from them was their best and final offer. Their "best and final offer" was no where near the purchase price A----- had lead us to believe the sales manager would accept. What should have been a 5 minute, "deal or no deal", turned into a hour long vaudeville performance by equally slick and tawdry sales staff, strutting about extolling the virtues of the our chosen vehicle and Hyundai in general. The car we had chosen is well rated, Hyundai is a good manufacturer of vehicles, (this will be our third one). We will be making a purchase, just not from Hyundai of New Port Richey Tawdry - the kindest descriptor I can offer. More

Bought a 2021 Hyundai Elantra from Hyundai of New Port Richey. The finance man added warranties that I didn’t want (he told me I give those to everyone) and when I cancelled them I got charged a $50 cance Richey. Brought it in for service and was told that that’s normal. I’ve owned a lot of cars and none of them ever had that problem. Wish I would’ve known these things before I bought the car! More
