I took my car into Reed Hyundai for serivce and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer's service department. My car was not returned to me for 16 days. The service writer/adviser was not very prompt in returning my calls to give me updated info. My entire experience with Reed was horrible. I would recommend that you get your car serviced elsewhere. More
