I’m a difficult client! My business partner and I were in the market for a new truck. After doing a great deal of research and dragging my feet, as I do not run at making big My business partner and I were in the market for a new truck. After doing a great deal of research and dragging my feet, as I do not run at making big purchases, we decided on the Ram Laramie. Felix drew the short straw, so to speak, and had to spend several painful, but patient hours with us as my partner and I argued back and forth about down payment, term payment plans and additional trim and warrantee options that we each felt were necessary for our company. Felix patiently worked numbers, spoke with his managers and left his office, when asked, so we could deliberate, literally, for about 5 hour! Felix deserves some sort of reward for making such a great effort to ensure that we were not merely satisfied with our new truck, but that we were excited to drive away in our new investment and toy! If and when we need to make another vehicle purchase, whether professionally or personally, I will seek Felix out specifically! I should add that the entire staff was welcoming and accommodating in every way! More

Felix's need for greed ruined 4 futures They have an employee named Felix that will threaten to "Come find you" if you call him out for being a con man. Perfect proof they are all lying con men. I have the recording if any concerned costumers would like to hear it. So why lie? Felix sold my ex a brand new 2019 jeep when she has 2 kids, no job, and no place to live. Most of that paperwork was falsified so I knew to start recording when I called him out.
