Great Experience, Great Deal I Love my new Mercedes!!! I had a really nice experience with two different sales people (Chase & Alex) with a no-pressure experience either time. I I Love my new Mercedes!!! I had a really nice experience with two different sales people (Chase & Alex) with a no-pressure experience either time. I test drove the vehicle twice, and got all of my questions answered. The Sales Manager, Brian Butler, was involved the entire time, overseeing my experience and making sure everything went well for me. I really feel like he was there to be MY advocate.....not the other way around. The price I got was FABULOUS! Better than the "Fair Price," I was told to expect from USAA car buying service. I would highly recommend MB of Loveland! More

I had a great experience purchasing my new C300 at Mercedes Benz of Loveland. I specifically got to work with Alex, Nick, Brian and Chase in sales and Kacey in service. We came in looking for a new vehicle for my mom. Carlos was excellent! He was very helpful in selecting the best vehicle. Carlos was also incredibly patient with my mom, teaching her all of the ins and out was excellent! He was very helpful in selecting the best vehicle. Carlos was also incredibly patient with my mom, teaching her all of the ins and outs Mercedes has to offer. Once she made her choice, Alex was great at getting the deal finalized. The best part was that he did not shove the infamous extended warranty down our throats. Overall, a great experience! We drove up from Centennial and the quality of service we received was worth the 1 hour drive. More
