For the most part, the car buying experience and the dealership experience are NOT pleasant. However, the opposite couldn't be more true of Mercedes of Loveland. Everyone I've come in contact there is very professional, helpful, low-pressure and pleasure to do business with. This is the 3rd Mercedes I've purchased from them and each time my salesperson was Paul Mizelle. Of all the sales people I've worked with over the years, Paul is in a league by himself. No pressure at all. Simply ready to help in whatever way he can to help you make an informed decision. That goes for the management team I've worked with also. Specifically Tim Hardin! Thank you to you both. So if you're in the market for a Mercedes or other quality used car, ask for Paul. The experience doesn't stop there. The folks in service are equally as professional and courteous and will always make you feel welcome. They fully explain what the situation is and work with you throughout any service appointment you need. I can't exclude the courtesy drivers, car washers, some of the back office folks. I'm in Cincinnati and located the vehicle I was interested in at this dealership near Denver, CO (as used white 2017s are relatively rare, the three I was initially interested in were all quite a distance away) . They helped me to work out the details on the sale of the vehicle as well as the financing as my local finance options did not want to do a car loan for a vehicle that was over 100 miles away. They matched the best rates I was able to find locally and the deal was done. The majority of my time spent when I picked the vehicle up was with Paul as he went over the vehicle features (I flew out and drove back). The paperwork didn't even take 15 minutes (though I had reviewed it ahead of time). Paul even picked me up at the airport when I flew in. I highly recommend this dealership. More

We did a vehicle review, negotiations, trade in, and financing all in under 2 hours. We were never pressured, we made one offer and were done. Heaven compared to other buying experiences. He was honest and always respectful and courteous. Everything he told me upfront ultimately rang true through the end of the process. The purchasing processes was extremely painless as they had the loan preapproved and all paperwork prepared and ready for my signature. Felipe was extremely pleasant to work with as well. There was no long, late night waiting. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience at Mercedes-Benz of Loveland and would and will highly recommend them. More
