I have no idea who Felipe is I have sold my jeep 2 years ago and I no longer have this vehicle besides I never liked the service at the dealership even having coverage on my car you guys always tried to ri ago and I no longer have this vehicle besides I never liked the service at the dealership even having coverage on my car you guys always tried to rip me off someway somehow. Responsiveness of this service department is unacceptable. Only way I was really able to speak to anyone to get updates was by driving back to the dealership and finding someone. Nobody answ unacceptable. Only way I was really able to speak to anyone to get updates was by driving back to the dealership and finding someone. Nobody answers the phones. Nobody calls you back. Third time in for same problem had an appointment on Saturday and the car was never even looked at until Tuesday. Why is it okay to waste people's time. It's funny because at the same time I receive an email offering to trade in my Jeep for a new one with Hollywood Jeep.... I would never buy a car from this group because they are so poor at servicing the product. More

It’s a joke. Waited almost 4 hours for my car to be ready even though I had an appointment. Everyone moves like turtles and no one there cares about the customer Waited almost 4 hours for my car to be ready even though I had an appointment. Everyone moves like turtles and no one there cares about the customer or customer service. Actually as I arrived one guy told me I had to wait because it was first come first serve even though I had an appointment. If not for the other guy who took us in 20 min later and still I had to wait nearly 4 hours for the car to be ready. I would not renew my lease with you guys ever again just because of your service. It’s terrible. More
