THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP. 2 months ago, I EXPERIENCED BAD SERVICE AND GREEDY BEHAVIOR. Beware….. THEY ARE THiIEVES AND THE SERVICE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVE 2 months ago, I EXPERIENCED BAD SERVICE AND GREEDY BEHAVIOR. Beware….. THEY ARE THiIEVES AND THE SERVICE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET REPAIRED THE DOWNTOWN FELIX DEALERSHIP. . They charged me $800 to run a test while I was in distress. My car was towed in and I had to pay this fee in order for them to look at it. Later they presented me with an estimate of $16,000.00 for a repair that later only cost me $6k else wherever. They Charged me $800 plus to run a diagnostic test. Just DISGUSTING. It took the SERVICE MANAGER 2 months to call me back, he was not HEPFUL, WAS VERY RUDE AND tried to justify BAD BEHAVIOR. More

Said my car didn't have magnetic ride suspension, even though it's standard equipment on a Grand Sport. They don't know the cars they're working on. They also returned my car 100x dirtier than I handed it though it's standard equipment on a Grand Sport. They don't know the cars they're working on. Bad experience serviced the wrong part. Told them to service the back hatch instead the mechanic fixed the tailgate and charged me double the part. Incredibly poor service center I've been to the service center twice: the first time I wasn't able to get an answer from anyone on timing for a routine oil change and finally receiv I've been to the service center twice: the first time I wasn't able to get an answer from anyone on timing for a routine oil change and finally received the car back 4 hours later. The second time is worse: horrible customer service, can't diagnose an electrical issue, and the car has been there for two days and I still don't have it back after a routine oil change and to fix seat warmers. I will never go back. More

Car check up I am very satisfied with the customer service. Felipe was very good and experience with letting me know about my car in advance. But overall experience I was very satisfied and happy and they call me and let me know if my car was ready to pick up or not. I was very satisfied with that.
