Horrible. Less than 24 hours after we purchased our car with around 50k miles on it the head gasket blew. This was not Key's fault. When I called to see what w Less than 24 hours after we purchased our car with around 50k miles on it the head gasket blew. This was not Key's fault. When I called to see what we should do they (original sales person) first promised it would get taken care of but they would need to call me right back. After not receiving a call back my next conversation (with the manager) was "We are not a Mazda dealer, bet you'd wish you had bought that extended warranty." I was not expecting much. Maybe a tow and a loaner car til my wife, two young children and I could figure out what we were going to do without two functional cars. This is not how you retain business. That $90000 check I have in my pocket to purchase a new work truck from Key will be going elsewhere. Every engineering tech and contractor I encounter while managing capital projects for the hospital I work at will hear this story. More
