Thank you to Felicia, Stefan and the finance manager in trying to help me get approved for a car loan. Felicia has worked extremely hard and was constantly in touch me all the time. She is truly an asset t trying to help me get approved for a car loan. Felicia has worked extremely hard and was constantly in touch me all the time. Roxy in service is always amazing and Ms. Felicia really helped out receipts getting my warranty information after being transferred around and around. Roxy and Felicia are the reason why people like me can have some confidence with dealing with dealerships. Roxy in service is always amazing and recently last week I had an issue trying to get finance on have some confidence with dealing with dealerships. Roxy in service is always amazing and recently last week I had an issue trying to get finance on the phone or call me back. Then I remember the last time I had service customer relations manager Felicia was walking around making sure everyone was good offering coffee and water to us in the lounge and mentioned if we need anything to ask for her she was so pleasant smiling. So I called the number on the card she gave me and guess what she didn't answer I was disappointed but left a voicemail . To My surprise about 2 hours later she sent me a text from what I assume was her personal cell phone apologizing, she was off it was Wednesday but she still called me and assured me she would take care of it the next day. I got a notification at 9:30 am the next day with what I needed in my email Thank you Felicia!! I will be sure to spread the word everywhere you n how you took care of me! More
