Great customer experience. Jose took my unscheduled phone call (initially taken by Tania) and what I thought would be a 5 minute conversion became 25 minutes. Answered my quest Jose took my unscheduled phone call (initially taken by Tania) and what I thought would be a 5 minute conversion became 25 minutes. Answered my questions at pace. Extra points for taking live video of the car while raining (with an umbrella of course). Would recommend to my Audi friends. More

Never pushy, Jose was great. He was very patient and I feel that he did what he could to make a deal happen the initial day I visited the dealership.
