NOT GOOD! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, here's why. We purchased a used 2020 Camry SLE from this dealer. We live two hours away and drove I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, here's why. We purchased a used 2020 Camry SLE from this dealer. We live two hours away and drove there due to a limited selection of this vehicle on-line. It was dark when we arrived. Upon arriving we met Tim Lide, a salesperson at the dealership. Tim offered to let us take a test drive and we agreed. My wife drove the car. Upon returning to the dealership, Tim pointed out a clear covering on both outside rear view mirrors which had what looked to be mold spots underneath them. He said that there was no one available to remove those that evening. He said that we could just pull them off and that it would not be difficult. I agreed to do so. The next day, I started to remove the covering and found it to be very difficult, and it left an adhesive residue on the mirrors. This process of removing the covering and the adhesive took me over two hours. During that process I noticed that there was the same type of adhesive in many spots on the hood of the car as well. It became obvious that the same type of covering had been removed from the hood of the car and the remaining adhesive was not cleaned off. I also found that the vehicle was never cleaned (detailed) thoroughly. There was dirt and leaves under the floor mats, the door jams were not clean, the interior of the car was dusty, the trunk was not clean. . The pre-delivery service charge for the vehicle was $1,199.00. Now they want me to drive two hours there, have them clean the adhesive off the hood and detail the car, which will take 3 or 4 hours (the adhesive is a bear to get off!) and drive another 2 hours back home. This is ridiculous I have spoken to the sales manager as well as the general manager with the same result. It is obvious to me that they think my time is not important. In my view they need to pay to let me have the vehicle detailed near me or refund part of the part of the pre-delivery service charge to pay for my time to come back to their dealership rather than have someone locally to take care of these issues. More
