The dealership danced around the final agreed upon price. Raising it by over $3k. Changing the "Admin Fees" from $400 to $475. Final insult...raised the price by $140, due to them holding onto the vehicle for me. As I was on my way to the dealership, a couple was interested in the vehicle I was enroute to purchase. Salesman told me since they held off on selling that vehicle...that consideration would incur an additional $140 fee. I NEVER wish to interact with anyone from this dealership. Clay Cooley Ford seems to be immunized against integrity. The ONLY positive comment I may contribute is that after hours of standing firm on the agreed upon price... I left with the vehicle...at approximately $5k less than sticker price. Finally, I am not conveying a review which I have already presented to the sales manager. It's easy to do so, when it's the truth. Shop with dealership at your own peril. Just 'sayin More

My journey to purchase a car started around Thanksgiving. I knew the car i wanted along with the features I wanted. I went to 4 dealerships before purchasing at Clay Cooley due to the subpar service I got at I knew the car i wanted along with the features I wanted. I went to 4 dealerships before purchasing at Clay Cooley due to the subpar service I got at the other places. . I started conversing with De'vonte via text to confirm he has had I was looking for. Made an appt to go see car and unfortunately it sold that morning and system wasn't updated. I was bummed but was surprised when they rolled out with a car that was better than what I went there for originally. As any car buying experience financing and negotiating takes its time but I would say that De'vonte, his manager, and the finance guy were all very professional. Even after the sale, De'vonte made sure I was taken care of. Really enjoy the complimentary Clay Cooley year package they give with any purchase. I would recommend shopping here because they willing to make deals to sell cars. More
