The first day it rained, the front wipers dragged across the windshield, leaving water streaks. Then I turn on the back wipers and I hear this loud banging noise. Turns out they installed back wipers that are too long, and now the light above the windshield is all scratched up. So far, I have called five different times to find a solution for this - whether it is bringing the car back in (despite the fact that we live 45 mins away), or getting refunded so I can get them fixed elsewhere (and I am not even talking about the damage to the light - just the wipers!!). Every time I have called I have been put through an endless loop of transfers - which ends in either me having to leave a message for someone who never calls me back, or getting disconnected. The fact that I have wasted this much time over an issue that they caused, without an idiom of customer service to show for it, is extremely frustrating. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!! More
