Inquired about a Tesla Model S Plaid. Received a phone call almost immediately after inquiring about the car. Spoke with Faith on the phone for almost 30 minutes about the car and she was Received a phone call almost immediately after inquiring about the car. Spoke with Faith on the phone for almost 30 minutes about the car and she was super informative and pleasant to speak to. I was told the next morning they got in at 8:30am and that I would receive a call about the car again once she could speak with the manager about my trade and that I would receive a video and some extra photos of the car and to confirm some of the features I was inquiring to make sure that it had before making the almost 9-hour drive. Here it is 7:00pm the next day and I have not heard a single thing. Pretty poor way of doing business. I guess I will continue my search. More

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from both Jesse and Zeigler honda as whole. We were fairly new to buying a vehicle and it was our first time buying a vehicle out of state and they from both Jesse and Zeigler honda as whole. Even more impressive were how helpful they were after the sale with follow up questions as to how the whole process played out. E-mailed sales inquiring about a new car listed on the website. Asked if it was pre-sold or still available. Faith Klinkhammer responded that it was not sold. I asked for an OTD price on it. Received a qu website. Asked if it was pre-sold or still available. Faith Klinkhammer responded that it was not sold. I asked for an OTD price on it. Received a quote from Naomi Ibarra. The quote had the exact info on the car on the site I inquired about. That was Saturday morning. Went in today, Monday (the next business day) to have them appraise my trade. After getting all of my info, they told me the car I inquired about was already "spoken for." They did not respond when I asked how long ago was it spoken for. We all knew then that they baited us to come in. I got the canned response that things move fast at a dealership, yet they don't know what to say when I ask why not send a quick e-mail that the car isn't available and they will work on finding another (which is what good customer service is). Recently helped my son buy a new car from Zeigler Nissan and that process went very well. Thank You Zeigler Honda for helping me teach my daughter (who the Honda was for) that the majority of dealerships and their employees have no ethical values or integrity. More
