New Car Buying My Wonderful Experiance From the moment we walked in the dealership everyone was very friendly. Our salesperson name was Frenchy and he was wonderful ,very friendly and knowe From the moment we walked in the dealership everyone was very friendly. Our salesperson name was Frenchy and he was wonderful ,very friendly and knoweledgable. We were buying a new car and decided on a 2016 Ford Explorer. Frenchy took the time and explained everything to us and took us on a test drive and we were in love. We ended up buying the suv and we are so happy. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to visit Fairway Ford Lincoln and to ask for Frenchy. I give this dealership 5 stars as Highly recommend also I give our salesperson Frenchy 5 stars as Highly Recommend he is very friendly,very knoweledgable and he also makes you feel very comfortable with asking questions and also he likes to joke and so does my husband. From the sales manager to the finance dept to our salesperson Frenchy We give Fairway Ford overall experience as Highly Recommend 5 Stars.Wonderful Experience. Deal Gone Bad At first I thought that I had had a wonderful experience at Fairway Ford. Unfortunately, that quickly changed. I was given a title that my state's D At first I thought that I had had a wonderful experience at Fairway Ford. Unfortunately, that quickly changed. I was given a title that my state's DMV would not accept because it had been altered. I called to have this taken care of and am still waiting for a replacement title. My extension on my transfer will expire tomorrow and still no valid title in-hand. It doesn't seem fair that I will have to be paying fines for a mistake I did not make! I told my salesperson that I wanted to stay under a 60 month term on my loan. After getting home, I realized that the finance manager stretched it over a year longer in order to sign me up for extra vehicle insurance (extra cost of course) and keep me at a price I could afford. Sneaky. I am also still waiting on a second key I was promised weeks ago. My vehicle did not come with any floor mats & when brought to the dealship's attention before I left, none were offered. Highly disappointed in this shady business!!! More

Managers Were The Best The sales person we dealt with in the past was off so Adam and Phil helped my wife and I with the purchase of our new Lincoln Excursion. We were very specific on the color of the interior and exterior. Phil found one in Sheboygan,Wi. and had it picked up. Adam made sure we were happy with the price and trade and all went very smooth. This is our sixth car we have bought from Fairway and that should speak volumes on the service we get from not only the sales department but the service department is the best. I wouldn't take my car any place else.. I also want to thank Ford for the zero per cent loans, that saves us a lot of money. M.Doug Hoormann More

Great car for our grand daughter We came back to Fairway ford (after purchasing 3 cars from them in the past 10 years) because we trust the people who work there. When my nineteen ye We came back to Fairway ford (after purchasing 3 cars from them in the past 10 years) because we trust the people who work there. When my nineteen year old granddaughter decided it was time to look for a car I wanted to see what Fairway Ford had to offer. I was not surprised to find the exact car my granddaughter wanted, and at a price we could afford. Hats off to Fairway Ford! More

Wonderful Job!!!! Wasn't sure where to turn, I was experencing the death wobble as it has been called. I wanted a fair price for the work that was to be preformed, they correctly identified the problem and recommended a fix and agreed to do the general maintance at the same time as to save me the most labor for my dollar. Awesome experience!!! I can't say enough great things about my experience with Fairway Ford and the staff. Jason Bonsky was my salesman and he was great! Jeremy Kappes and Ryan Garrett also helped in this process of getting me where I needed to be on the financial aspect. I am very impressed with my experience and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a new car. They did what they said they were going to do and made it happen. I love my new car and so glad I stopped into Fairway Ford the day I did. I was treated great! I will be back when it's time for new wheels. More
