Classic bait & switch. Confirmed multiple times that I used car was available to test drive. Once my daughter arrived on site they said no car was available and that it was Confirmed multiple times that I used car was available to test drive. When we looked at the website there was at least a dozen cars under $20,000. Is it just that hard to run an honest business? More

I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SALES AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT!!! SARA IN FINANCE TALKED ME INTO A MAINTANANCE CONTRACT FOR OIL CHANGES BECAUSE I EXPLAINED THAT I COULD NOT LEASE THE VEHICLE I FINANCE DEPARTMENT!!! SARA IN FINANCE TALKED ME INTO A MAINTANANCE CONTRACT FOR OIL CHANGES BECAUSE I EXPLAINED THAT I COULD NOT LEASE THE VEHICLE I WAS GETTING DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF MILES I DRIVE, SO I BOUGHT THE CONTRACT ONLY TO GO FOR MY FIRST OIL CHANGE AND BE TOLD THAT I AM ONLY ALLOWED 2 OIL CHANGES PER YEAR OR A TOTAL OF 12 OIL CHANGES IN THE 6 YEAR PERIOD, WHY THE HECK WOULD I AGREE TO THAT WHEN I PUT ABOUT 2,000-2500 MILES PER MONTH ON MY CAR!!!! WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND GET MY $1615.46 BACK SHE STOPPED RESPONDING, WOULDN'T TAKE MY CALLS AND THEN TRIED TO PRORATE SOMETHING I NEVER USED! WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD PAY $134.63 FOR A FRIGGIN OIL CHANGE???? I ALSO TRIED TO HAVE THE SALES GUY ERIC HELP ME, HE MADE PROMISES THAT NEVER HAPPENED, SO IN TURN I HAVE TO DISPUTE IT ALL WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE DON'T OWN UP TO THEIR ERRORS. I WOULD NEVER SIGN AN AGREEMENT CAPPING OIL CHANGES AT 12 FOR A 6 YEAR PERIOD WITH THE AMOUNT OF MILES I DRIVE!!!!! I WILL GIVE KUDOS TO THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT AS THEY ARE WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH AND FULLY EXPLAIN THINGS, THEY DON'T LEAVE IMPORT PARTS OUT JUST TO MAKE A SALE! More
