Did what they said. Said what they meant. My experience with car dealerships is probably the same as most - Buyer Beware! Not at Lexus of Henderson!! Fabian, Haddie and and Rich all did EXACTL My experience with car dealerships is probably the same as most - Buyer Beware! Not at Lexus of Henderson!! Fabian, Haddie and and Rich all did EXACTLY what they said they would do. I have been in sales for 30+ years, so I know excellent service when I see it. They made the process simple and smooth. My business and time were respected at every step. The quality of the vehicles is very HIGH, as is the value for Trade-Ins. The low things? Pressure, prices and hassle. Do yourself a favor and give Fabian a call. Make sure he has Rich and Haddie help you finalize the deal! These guys know their business and how to take care of picky customers. More

2 Cars 1 Salesman I always seem to come back to Lexus of Henderson (not to take anything away from it's sister company one city over) but the 'No Pressure' sales staff I always seem to come back to Lexus of Henderson (not to take anything away from it's sister company one city over) but the 'No Pressure' sales staff along with the non-claustrophobic show room - just gives the Henderson location a little appeal than other brands/locations. This willactually be my 3rd purchase within the past decade with Lexus of Henderson. As far as Sales Staff: Fabian goes out of his way to meet our needs - he understands our requirements - provides various options for hitting our goals (whether it's a specifics on vehicle features and colors to financing option) - and he's very patient with letting us decide. I came in knowing what I wanted (thinking it wouldn't be possible) - to working out numbers for several weeks on specifics (call me high maintenance) and going back and forth with him - to eventually closing the deal. He didn't need us to close the same night we walked in there - so the no hassle, no pressure is why I continue to come back. I don't like it when the sales staff comes off desperate - gives me an impression that all they want is their commission. And while Twala was a pleasure to close the deal with - I certainly wasn't expecting the final closing of the transaction to be somewhat passive-aggressive. In the past, I will admit that the Finance department has been ruthless in the final closing stages of purchasing (but I think this is the norm for most of the car industry) - this time around I did not feel pressured into adding any of the "extras" that gets offered towards signing. I was actually able to work out the numbers correctly with Twala and was satisfied with what she offered me. And finally,the Servicing Department: I've been a long time customer of Lexus of Henderson and their Servicing Department as well - and I've seen it go through a lot of turn-over with staffing (at least Front-End and - and understandably so) -- but in general, Lexus of Henderson Servicing has always exceeded my expectation as far as providing me with loaner vehicles to various amenities within their facilities. It doesn't feel like the other dealerships where it's this crowded awkward gathering of random people in a waiting room feeling. The waiting areas are two main living rooms with (I want to say 70+ inch TV)s - a center area with two computer workstations (1 was PC/Windows & the other was an Apple iMac 24inch) - with two empty cubes for those who wish to bring their laptops. A couple (I want to say I counted 2) charge stations with tentacles of cables (lightning/ C/micro/etc) to charge your phone, kids quiet room (which may or may not work out for some) and of course the famous expresso machine (not quite Starbucks but its better than a Keurig or standard coffee maker that's for sure) All and all the review should easily point out that I have established brand loyalty (or bias) with Lexus - but how can you not after going through all this? I hear BMW, Mercedes, and the likes may off similar experiences - but I will continue to go with the known reliable brand. More
