Accommodating I was really happy how u was treated by evil! I knew exactly what I wanted and he helped me get the information I needed and quickly! I'm a busy man and don't have the time to spend 10 hours or days when shopping for a new vehicle. I felt a connection with him that I usually don't get from most car sales people. Which made me feel comfortable about my buying experience. Not only did he treat me great but others that I dealt with also made me feel good and seemed thankful that I decided to make a long drive to get my truck there instead of other dealerships that I passed along the way. Being a business man myself that goes a long way. Even though it's a production they really didn't make me feel as it was. With a wide, top of the line variety of cars, trucks and suvs, choosing one, was the only obstacle I was faced with. The sales team, especially Evilasio (Evil) Covacha, is the best! He was knowledgeable, easy to talk too, answered every question honestly, ridding any lingering doubt in my mind. Questions answered, car picked now the scary finance department to deal with. Scary, Don Socia is not. I have never met a more likeable person that deals with money and contracts. I completely, trusted his advice on what extra coverages I should consider, knowing he wasn't just trying to get more money out of me, but actually looking out for my best interests. The whole experience was one that I am actually looking forward to repeating, in a few years anyway! I walked into Royal Oak ford with skepticism and my guard up. I left with a new car and an urge to tell others that dealerships are not a place you should have to " put your guard up," but a place where your dream car is waiting! I am a repeat customer of Evilasio's. I bought my 2013 Ford Focus ST from him then traded it in for a 2017 Ford Focus RS. Both cars have been and at great! I really am e of Evilasio's. What keeps bringing me back to Evilasio is his payed back attitude. He is not an in your face pushy sales guy. He listens for what you are looking for and tries to get you the best deal possible. He is very nice and easy to work with. The sales manager was aLeo very nice made sure we were comfortable while working out a deal. (Buying a car can take a while). I will be talking to Evilasio when I am in need of a new car for sure. Even though I pass 3 other Ford dealers on my way here. More
