Very disappointed with this dealership come to find out they mess up bad on my financing for my vehicle and when I have extended warranty and everything on my vehicle and my check engine light has came on they mess up bad on my financing for my vehicle and when I have extended warranty and everything on my vehicle and my check engine light has came on three times and they keep pushing me back to the back burner. This is a bad dealership to buy vehicle vehicles from I would never suggest them I would never purchase from them ever again. It doesn’t matter if I’m a woman or not stop treating customers like they don’t know what they’re talking about and start listening to the customer because you might actually learn something. I had one traverse that had multiple issues and it had two more attempts before it became a Lemon Law so I told them they need to do something to fix that so they swapped me in for a 24 traverse and the check engine light has been on three times and every time I’ve tried to get something done to it. They tell me it’s something With the way I drive and it’s all with the brake system so that makes it a very unsafe vehicle because they don’t wanna listen to me so it seems like they want bigger lawsuits when something goes malfunctioning on a vehicle.. brake stay squealing since 5000 miles which is not good because it’s crying wolf. You keep telling me that it’s something in the material that they took out of the brake system so it does that naturally there’s no way that that’s natural on any vehicle, regardless of what they took out of the material for the brakes so just pushing me off was very unprofessional and not listening. The vehicle only has 38,000 miles on it and yet you said that it’s the way I drive you do realize we live in Las Vegas in half the people here don’t know how to drive and it doesn’t matter if I slammed on my brakes, 1 billion times it still should not be squealing at 5000 miles. That is absolutely ridiculous. Your service department really needs to start stepping up and listening and actually looking into what we’re asking them to look into instead of just pushing you off like it’s nothing because obviously it’s something if the check engine light stays coming back on. More
