Out of State Buyer Beware I purchase my new Ram on October 26, 2018. I didn't receive my registration in my own state until January 28, 2019 after many unreturned phone calls a I purchase my new Ram on October 26, 2018. I didn't receive my registration in my own state until January 28, 2019 after many unreturned phone calls and patience on my end. I decided to go to Dodge of Burnsville because they were a little bit cheaper than my local Ram dealer. I have so much regret after all the trouble I went through. What I didn't realize is how much the lack of registration effects insurance and a loan. The frustrating part about Dodge of Burnsville is I waited about 4-6 weeks before I realized I didn't have what I should have for registration by now. I never received calls back from voicemails I left until I finally got upper management involved. I realize a lot of the delay was out of their control once we figured out the problem but I paid them to handle the registration and it took a lot of effort from me to get it done. In the end I should have paid my tax and registration myself in my own state. More

A Nice Place To Bring My Business To I started my vehicle search online. Made a phone call and at that time i was helped by Evan Silver. Very helpful and a easy going person. I told him I started my vehicle search online. Made a phone call and at that time i was helped by Evan Silver. Very helpful and a easy going person. I told him what i wanted and he took the time to get Adam Saba involved with numbers,, When i did finally get to the dealership , which was because of my work schedule. Evan was in communication with me for a couple months. I got there that day and he had vehicles of which i was interested the two did have different options,, He let me take my time which i did. Adam even took the time to stop by and say hi, Evan introduced me to him and it was like he had know me for a while. I did purchase a new ram there that day . I met Mark Saba and Kramer in financing which went nice in a very timely manner. I had some items put on before i left . A week later i returned to get a block heater installed where i had met Mateo the Service Mangager on duty that day.. Just a great envirorment to be shopping . The numbers i got over the phone never changed,, just a honest place,, I wll be back definately . Jim K More
