Evan isn’t the one who did my service. At least that’s what they said at drop off. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership in general. But I was a little disappointed. But the tracker needs work. Not accurate at all. The most upsetting thing was when I picked it up they didn’t tell me what they checked. I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation. I can’t even be sure they did anything since they didn’t reset my gauge on the dash. My tire pressure light has on ever since I came in. The lack of communication and not resetting the oil change indicator is very disappointing and concerning. I plan to call and tell them this week. I expected more from Beaver! More

I purchased a vehicle from Beaver Chevrolet in 2021 and had a great experience at the time. I used their service department for various things over the years like oil changes, tune-ups, scheduled maintena had a great experience at the time. I used their service department for various things over the years like oil changes, tune-ups, scheduled maintenance, etc and my service advisor, Evan Shade, has always been a straight shooter, no xx and a blessing when the car was in for service. I knew I would purchase my next vehicle from Beaver Chevrolet when the time came. Last Saturday, while driving to work, my car let me know it was time. My husband and I drove it into the service department to see what was going on with it. While we waited, we wandered over to the sales department and ended up with TWO new cars! Josh Driscoll made the whole experience relatively quick and painless. We dropped our old car off in the service dept and we were signing papers on a new car less than 3 hours later. I couldn’t believe we didn’t have to spend the entire day there and I was even able to make it to work later that day. Amazing! Josh is knowledgeable about the financing and sales process and made it a smooth transaction. he is friendly and no xx. My son now wants a new car and I recommended he go see Josh. I definitely wouldn’t send my son there if I didn't think he would get the best deal and be treated fairly. My husband and I are thrilled with our two new Chevy Trax. Mine is white, his is black and we call them The twins. Thank you, Josh. More
