The one complaint I have is that a scratch repair was not up to par. Back to salesman Hoover, he was a pleasure to talk with. He made the negotiating painless compared to some past experiences.His easy going and personable manner made dealing with him a pleasure whether in car buying or otherwise. Thankful that he did not present a hard-nosed, not give an inch sales persona which would have been a deal breaker from the start. His high character and integrity came shining through.
